Shipping policy
At BERPAR, we aim to dispatch and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Dispatch
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 9:00am are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 9:00am will be dispatched on the next working dispatch day.
Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working dispatch day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: FREE on all UK orders.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.00.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all postcodes within the United Kingdom.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched and left our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
Returns & Return Shipping
We accept returns in accordance with our returns policy.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items to ensure they arrive safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
You will be notified once your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and card providers may take several working days to process the refund after it has been issued.
